1) Select the list you want to send a message to (don't send a message to All, then send the same message to Senators or to a senate committee, since the senator would get the same message twice; same for the House Reps. ALSO, it overloads the mail server to send duplicate emails!!!)

5) Enter your message. REMEMBER: The name of the legislator is added automatically so don't start off with "Dear Senator" or "Dear Rep."
